We push for the outcomes that will deliver the greatest benefit to users, so we encourage curiosity and questioning throughout all stages of the design process. We work in small teams, bringing continuity and clarity of communication to project delivery.

As a team we have a diverse range of skills; from planting design through to environmental expertise and placemaking. Whilst everyone has their individual strengths, what unites us is an absolute commitment to people-centred design.

Farrer Huxley is a collaborative and close-knit environment, in which everyone is encouraged to have a creative voice. The importance we place on each person’s professional development and learning is reflected in a nurturing and supportive atmosphere. Our CPD programme centres on knowledge sharing, best practice and debate.
