Chash Toro

Chash was drawn to landscape architecture during her MA at the Royal College of Art where, although she studied Architecture, her work focussed on multi-disciplinary practices surrounding landscape, design and biodiversity. Since then she has worked as a landscape designer, working on a range of projects from furniture and play design to town squares and parks.

Chash Toro

Landscape Architect

Chash is a landscape architect with a background in architecture and art, her education focussed on the intersection between sustainable design and biodiversity. Since then she has worked on a range of projects from furniture and play design to town squares and parks, previously working at VOGT for two years before joining us in 2023.

She is interested in creating playful spaces that offer interest across scales, particularly enjoying placemaking approaches that offer detailed moments to explore. Chash is exceptionally skilled in illustration, translating design concepts in an evocative and accessible way.

She likes to spend her freetime making gingham clothes, jewellery and pottery but particularly loves collecting and pressing plants for botanical compositions.
