Chao is an award-winning Chartered Landscape Architect, a panelist on the Southwark and Westminster Design Review Panels, and an artist.
She has over ten years of practical experience in the landscape industry and has successfully designed and delivered numerous London-based projects from concept through to completion in her previous roles. Her portfolio spans community gardens, schools, parks, plazas, stadiums, mixed-use developments, and public realm strategies.
Chao aspires to create socially, culturally, and ecologically impactful public spaces and art installations. As a woman who moved to London ten years ago from a minority background, she places great importance on equality. Her ambition is to create sustainable and memorable spaces for everyone.
